The program provides supportive services to its participants and motivates them to graduate from high school and to complete postsecondary education. Talent Search serves income-eligible middle school and high school students from families in which neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree. The goal of Talent Search is to increase the number of youth who complete high school and enroll in and complete postsecondary education.
